Owners Miriam Barchi and husband, Todd Meyer Hoffer, are a Sommelier and Chef who met while both helming their posts at the world famous Auberge du Soleil in Napa Valley, California. Todd's a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and a former Executive Chef at CIA’s Grey Stone in St. Helena, CA and Copia in Napa,CA. Miriam was born and raised in Florence Italy to restaurateur parents. Miriam was Captain and Sommelier at Auberge Du Soleil for 23 years. Ask her about Southern Oregon wines!
